Join us as a Performance Marketing Manager! Dive deep into the world of paid advertising and be the expert our clients rely on for maximizing their ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Client contact: Offering expert advice on performance marketing strategies and best practices.
- Data-driven reporting: Create and present detailed reports with actionable recommendations based on campaign performance metrics.
- Campaign mastery: Design, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Continuous research: Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing. Identify new advertising platforms and opportunities for clients.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure holistic digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Education: Help clients understand the nuances of performance marketing, its importance, and how it ties into their overall digital strategy.
- Knowledge sharing: Making sure our Performance team is aware of all necessary updates in the field and how this can improve or impact their work.
Requirements and Skills:
- Language proficiency: Professional level of English.
- Proven track record: Demonstrable experience in managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Communication prowess: Strong ability to consult and explain complex strategies in simple terms.
- Analytical tools: In-depth experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Platform expertise: Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and preferably others like LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads.
- Educational background: BS/MS degree
Good to Have:
- E-commerce experience: Prior experience managing performance marketing campaigns for E-commerce websites.
Soft Skills:
- Presentation skills: Must be adept at presenting ideas, strategies, and insights to both internal teams and clients in a clear and compelling manner.
